• Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

• Reports and documentation

remain our exclusive property unless expressly transferred in writing.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Work Product

Ownership of work product created specifically for you will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information
• Use confidential information solely for providing services
• Implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential information
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Termination

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
